Advent calendar 2022

Now in its third edition, this year's Advent Calendar contains lots of surprises and unique photographic artefacts kept in the company's historical archives. As you embark on a journey through the twenty-four images unveiled each day, you'll be able to savour and breathe in the magic of such wonderful places, moments and people.

A series of snapshots featuring wine, art, scenery and extraordinary details, which stop Time in its tracks and project it into our imagination. The 2022 edition of the Vietti Advent Calendar boasts a wealth of curiosities and originality, which we hope will be a precursor to a peaceful and joyous festive period.

History and Tradition

Founded in 1800 by Carlo Vietti, our winery is today one of the region's oldest businesses. Today, Luca Currado Vietti (son of Luciana and Alfredo) and his wife Elena lead the company with tenacity, perseverance and professionalism.

Luciana Vietti and her husband Alfredo Currado were among the first Piedmontese winemakers to tell the world about Barolo. An ongoing story spanning generations. Today, Vietti is a brand of absolute excellence, recognised throughout the world.

A timeless love affair, which began in the early 1960s and continues today, with artistic posters dedicated to vintages, labels, displays, bookmarks and much, much more.

Ongoing awareness of the importance of biodiversity and environmental sustainability, starting with the work done in our vineyards, where we pay this unique terroir the respect it deserves.

Wine rests and flourishes in our ancient winery, a popular destination for visitors from around the world.

Central to our work and proud history. Faces from the past and promising youngsters, without whom nothing would be possible.

Something "big" where you can relax and admire the magnificent surrounding area. From an idea conceived by Chris Bangle, on 7th September 2022 we opened our Big Bench located in the iconic Scarrone vineyard next to the winery in Castiglione Falletto.

The most intense, exciting and important period of the year is the harvesting of the grapes by hand!

A story that goes on

Every now and then, it's nice to look back and think about how far we've come over time, like we've done through our labels.

Barbera Vigna Vecchia Scarrone and Alba White Truffle: the perfect combination of Piedmontese specialities.

From grape to wine, the process is long and complex, and ends with the precise bottling stage.

At every stage, attention to detail is both a priority and value: from the sprouts and bunches to the making of the wine.

In December, the magic of the Langhe blanketed in snow awakens.

Let's Dance Experience 2018

ICONIC OBJECT. The "Let's Dance" experience invites you to explore the mystery and intrigue of our six Barolo crus, presented in a marvellous numbered wood box, only 150 of which are produced per vintage.
